Daily Affirmations

How do you start your day? Do you wake up and stumble to the kitchen for a cup of coffee? Do you pray? Do you hit the snooze button three times before you finally get out of bed and hit the shower? Well, maybe it is time to change things up a bit and create a new morning routine. Are you willing to consider a change?

One change could be adding daily positive affirmations to your routine. They can be simple, positive, encouraging statements that give you a boost throughout your day, reminding you of what is important and true in your life. Some examples would be "I am worthy" or "I am ready to receive good into my life". Affirmations can be used to remind self that the Universe has wonderful things in store for us if we just trust in the process. Doreen Virtue, a Hay House radio personality, has said "By offering a dedication each morning, your soul casts a signal outward to the Universe - like an angler throwing a large net - attracting situations along its theme, just as you've asked". Maybe this is what you need in your life to move to the next level on your spiritual journey. Maybe it is time to cast a signal out into the Universe.

Take a chance in the next few weeks and give daily affirmations a chance to bring magnificence into your life. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain in this process. Start with easy statements that speak the truth about how wonderful you truly are. You are a divine creation, you deserve to receive good, and it is time to acknowledge this as your very own reality. Use your affirmations to carry you to the next level on this life journey. You are worthy of good. You are worthy of all the good that can possibly come your way. You are worthy - period!

Today I will affirm my worth in all that I think, say, and do. I will repeat positive affirmations throughout the week to reinforce the message that the Universe is on my side. I am grateful. - K Kerswig, Blue Skies Life Coaching
