RELEASING THE FEAR

To live in fear is a difficult and challenging ordeal. We all have different opinions about a wide variety of subjects. It is important to remember that we all have the right to believe whatever it is that we believe. It usually does not stay the same forever anyway. We are constantly evolving.

As we let go of fear, we usually find that we can accept others just as they are, trusting that all is well and all will be well at all times. This release of fear opens us up to receiving new information for our minds and our hearts. This release of fear allows us to accept that people are not always going to think the same way we do all of the time.

Have you ever thought about some of the beliefs you had while you were growing up? Are they the same beliefs you have today or have they changed for you? We are constantly evolving in our lifetime and this means that as we gather new information we adjust our thoughts to include the new information. There are those who remain stuck in their old ideas, refusing to let go for even a moment. This stops the energy from flowing through us however. We need to remain open to all new ideas if we are to experience everything that life can offer.

There is no need to persecute others. There is no need to be in judgment of others. We all have a right to live  as happy and as free as we can, as long as we are loving and kind and compassionate to everyone we meet. We do not have to "like" everyone we meet. But it is always best to accept them as human beings, just as they are, for that is what we want for ourselves in return. Namaste.
