"The boughs of no two trees ever have the same arrangements. Nature always produces individuals; she never produces classes." - Lydia Maria Child, writer
This is such a poetic way of describing individuality. All people are different too, yet we all have certain things in common. We are all human beings, striving to live life on life's terms. This is our bond with each other and it can bring us all closer together. We can learn from each other and still maintain our individuality. That's the wonder of nature and the way the universe works.
I've always been in awe of nature and the precise workings of our universe. There is such a magnificence about us; all I need to do is be aware of my surroundings and the wonderful images seem to leap out at me. When I observe nature, I'm immediately prompted to thank the God of my understanding for this world we live in. It is a gift that I don't want to take for granted.
Today I will appreciate nature and the "individuals' it produces. Thank you God!
