I don't think of myself as courageous. Yet, when faced with adversity, I don't shrink from it. I think it's because I know that God is with me whether I'm facing great success or heart-breaking disappointment. Maybe this is courage - facing life head-on and not running from responsibilities can be very scary. Life is extremely hard at times.
As I think about this quote, I feel I can handle anything that comes my way. Not because I'm all that (and a bag of chips), but because I have a Divine Spirit within me that guides me to do the right thing. This Spirit comforts me when I'm feeling down and out. I'm filled with joy as I see my life overflowing with an abundant amount of blessings each and every day. My life has been expanding exponentially and there's no stopping it now. I'm so grateful that I'm not shrinking from life. I've got a Power within me that will carry me through everything. That Power is all the courage I need.
