Hatred Has No Place Here

"Hatred is like fire - it makes even light rubbish deadly." - George Eliot, nineteenth-century novelist

There is nothing good that can come from hatred of any kind. Sometimes we even feel as if we hate ourselves. There is no need to go down this road of negativity. If we are taking care of ourselves, we are taking care to remove ourselves from bad influences and difficult people in order to surround ourselves, instead, with positive people and live in the solutions today.

We do not need to spread the fire of hatred. We can spread hope, kindness, and caring. We can look for solutions to our challenges in life without dwelling for days-on-end in the 'problem'. Hatred can be emotionally draining and causes so much hurt and pain for everyone involved - those giving it and those receiving it. Love is the force to focus on always. That is what counts.

Today I will share hope and kindness with others. I will not allow hatred to enter my world. I am grateful for my life today.
