Believe in Spreading Joy

I want to spread joy these days. It's definitely more fun doing that than spreading doom and gloom everywhere I go. Toxicity has no place in my life today.

The key to this quote for me is in the phrase "you have the choice". I know that I always have a choice in every situation I come up against. Sometimes they are difficult choices but they are still choices. I like the outlook expressed in this quote. I enjoy life, I'm very happy, and I do my best to spread joy wherever possible. It's fun to put a smile on someone's face. Whether they're sad or happy, if I focus on bringing joy to the person I'm with, all will go well.

Today I pray that I may always be a field of positive energy and that I may attract others who are also positive in nature. This is my choice today.
