"I Am Fashion"

This comes across to me as a very confident statement. I sometimes wish I could buy some of that confidence in a bottle so I could take a swig every so often. I often struggle with confidence. It's a big challenge in my life.

I recognize that I have a wonderful life - I'm blessed with God in my life, many friends to spend quality time with, a good-paying job to pay the bills, and a wonderful home. I've worked hard over the years to get to this point in my life. I must have some very good qualities if I've been able to attain these things. However, I am my own worst critic. I know that I've said that here before but it's still true. I tend to doubt myself before I even attempt to accomplish a goal.

I'm going to take this particular quote as a specific reminder for me today. It's time to love me for me. I am a confident, intelligent, caring, and hard-working woman. It's okay for me to be confident in myself. If God can love me, then I can love me too. I pray that whoever reads this entry today recognizes that it's okay to be confident in self. God loves us all and God is always right. :)
