Sometimes when I read one of these quotes, I have to pause and read it again to be sure I understand what it is about. This is another one of those times.
If I just change my frame of mind, my reality shifts - at least that's what this quote tells me. My thoughts and words are very powerful. Negative thoughts bring me nothing but negative experiences. It never fails. I'm practicing my positive affirmations every day. I'm learning to positively focus on my goals and aspirations. I believe in myself today and I'm happier than I've ever been. This quote is a great reminder for me as to how this kind of transition begins.
Today I will change my frame of mind, continuing to take the actions necessary to achieve my highest potential. I truly and earnestly aspire to be of maximum service to everyone I meet. And so it is.
