I've never been attracted to those who "preach". I've been to many churches and the preachers who got my attention were those who came across in a quiet, humble, and sincere way. I know people who are in a position to share their experience with groups of people and again, if they come across in a humble manner, I'm more apt to pay attention.
Mother Teresa set such a beautiful example for us to follow. This quote reminds me that joy is a part of my life today and that I don't have to preach to others to help them improve their lives or get help for challenges they may be facing. I don't want to be the kind of person who "preaches" about anything. I just want to be a good friend and share my life's experiences with them. That fills me with joy.
