What can I say to that??!! Mae West has so many great quotes; they always put a smile on my face.

Now, as for the statement itself, I'm not sure this is true for me. I have lived alone and I have lived with a man and, although each experience is different, I no longer believe I have to have a man in the house in order to be happy. I enjoy having someone special in my life but I feel complete either way.

I know that Mae West loved male companionship and I must admit I like it too. The good news for me is that I don't feel "less than" when I am not in a romantic relationship. I'm okay with me today no matter what.
