New Mountains

When I think of volcanoes, I think of hot lava erupting and causing damage in all directions. It isn't always a positive image and yet, when I read the rest of the quote above, I think of spreading positivity as we share our truth with others. Forming new mountains can be very exciting and positive. It's all about my perception.

Sharing our experience with others (this is for men or women) can help in so many ways. It helps the person sharing because they get to process the experience and possibly get some feedback to use in the future. It also helps the person who is listening to the sharing. They will know they are not alone and they will get new information that may help them in dealing with a difficult situation. Sharing can get the energy moving in a new, exciting, and positive direction. Everyone benefits from the truthful experiences shared.

Today I am all about spreading positivity throughout the world. I am about helping others by sharing my personal experiences with them. We can identify with each other and we can help each other through the sharing. Life can bring many challenges to us - we can walk through it with grace and dignity when we focus on helping others rather than focusing on how tough the challenges may be.

I just returned from a workshop this weekend and the speaker repeatedly told us that our purpose in life is to "help God's kids". Thanks Bob D. - you are absolutely right!

Dear God, use me today and every day to help your "kids" walk through life with grace and dignity. And so it is. Amen.
