Age Isn't Important

I love this perspective! I am trying to be honest on this blog so I will admit I am one of those people who tells their age. I don't know why I do it. I'm not sure if it's my way of hoping someone will say "Oh, you don't look like your that age!" or if I'm just talking myself into feeling too old too soon!

If you were to ask me right now, I would tell you I don't feel old in my mind. My body may have a few extra aches and pains these days, but I'm loving life so much that in my head I am feeling much younger than my chronological age.

I guess this quote is a reminder for me to release the need to say just how old I am and simply enjoy living in the now. I am forever young! That is my new statement to share with the world. I am grateful.
