I love the image I get when I read this quote. I believe I truly am getting the opportunity to paint my own canvas and it's a blessing. Wow!

It says "every" experience so that means the good, the bad, the tough, and the easy ones. It is referring to all of the people I meet - the ones I like and the ones I don't like. Every scenario contains a lesson for me. I learn how to act and how not to act. I learn good behaviors and I learn about the bad behaviors that I don't want to exhibit. I can make my choices, one at a time, to keep me going in the right direction for me.

I think it's important to remember we are creating our own lives by the choices we make and the thoughts we choose to entertain. Let's make them positive ones today!

Today I will paint my canvas with beautiful, bold colors. I will use every thought and choice I make to create the canvas of a lifetime. I am grateful.
