We have everything we need within us. We just need to become aware of this fact, acknowledge that it is true, and then tap into our inner strength to find this courage. There truly is an infinite supply if we just look within.

It's good to know that we have the capacity for courage. Because when life strikes, it usually strikes us hard and fast. If I have been practicing my prayer and meditation on a daily basis, then I'm already used to getting in touch with my inner strength so I can tap into it for the challenges that seem to be out to get me. I've been able to form a habit of going within to prepare for the events that may test my resolve. I practice asking God for help and I practice listening for the answer.

So, it brings me comfort to know I don't need to face extreme circumstances in order to know I have the capacity for courage. We have an infinite supply of all that we need - it's inside every one of us. Tap in now!
